Description:
A underground parking area with 3 levels (total surface of 15.000 m²), a commercial floor and 6 levels offices and apartments (total surface of 22.500 m²) have been constructed. To avoid problems with an upwards hydraulic force, retaining walls have been constructed, starting in deep clay layers. the walls retain both ground and water.
